Au coeur des vignobles gascons

An exceptional place

Agapé du Gers is certainly a typical house of the ‘Gasconne’ region, home of Dumas’s Three Muskateers.. A beautiful 18th century building, with its old white stones and their golden reflections, and with its cellars, that once housed Armagnac, that most famous of local spirits.

A place of charm, in the calm and the beauty of the countryside, a haven of peace in a preserved and generous nature where the fauna and the flora astound us every day.

The southern exposure of the house, the purity of the air that provides this beautiful light, the intense sunshine offer magnificent views, from the glorious break of day to the majestic colours of sunsets.

Whatever the reason for your stay, our ambition is to share with you the authentic quality of life offered here in the Gers.

In The Core Of Gascogne’s Vineyards

Located in the town of Montreal du Gers, ranked “most beautiful village in France”, and also boasting some of the oldest ‘bastide’ architecture and the largest wine estate in the Gers, Agapé is located in the heart of the Gascon vineyards. Famous for the Floc, liqueur wine produced by a mixture of grape must and young Armagnac, the excellent wines of Gascony, and Armagnac, spirits with unique flavours faithful to its traditional roots.

To the pleasures of contemplating the rows of aligned vines facing the property, is added that of savouring an excellent wine of Gascony, in the freshness of the terrace covered with its magnificent wisteria.

Discovering the ``French Toscany``

Agapé du Gers enjoys year-round views of a fabulous landscape, composed of harmonious valleys, hill sides dressed with vines, planted with cypresses, cedars of the Himalayas and many fruit trees.

Here reigns the harmony and the beauty which recalls the landscapes of Italy, which has gained the worthy title of “French Tuscany”. Added to this charm is a protected fauna and flora and a garden planted with fragrant essences.

Whether around the pool overlooking the countryside, in the shade of the age-old weeping willow or under the terrace covered with wisteria and virgin vines, everyone can enjoy a little corner of this paradise.
